The Social Media & Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring LA Insurance’s social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing and recruitment efforts and increase sales.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain agency location listings to ensure accuracy and support SEO efforts with multiple channels.
  • Working with SEO company.
  • Research audience preferences and discover current trends.
  • Create engaging text and graphic content for social media and Corporate Blog.
  • Website listing management.
  • Manage all Marketing data and reporting results on a monthly basis.
  • Event Management
  • Assisting Human Resources with job postings and recruitment fairs.
  • Stay up to date with changes in all social platforms ensuring maximum effectiveness.
  • Develop an optimal posting schedule, considering web traffic and customer engagement metrics.
  • Oversee corporate social media accounts and respond to customer contacts.
  • Suggest new ways to attract prospective customers, like promotions and competitions.

Requirements

Key Requirements

  • 4-8 years of experience in Marketing Field.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Multitasking and analytical skills.
  • Proven social media work experience.
  • Adobe Creative Cloud (All programs)
  • Experience creating & publishing content on WordPress.
  • Expertise in multiple social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, TikTok, etc.).
  • Working knowledge of On-page SEO, Off-page SEO, keyword research and Google Analytics.
  • Ability to deliver creative content (text, image, and video)
  • Familiarity with online marketing strategies and marketing channels.
  • Ability to gasp and communicate future trends in digital technologies and act proactively.
  • Third-party SEO analytics platform (e.g., Semrush) experience a plus, but not required
  • Technical SEO experience a plus, but not required
  • PPC experience a plus, but not required.
  • SharePoint experience is a plus, but not required.
