Our client is revolutionising the insurance industry through innovative technology, and they're looking for someone to play a pivotal role in delivering their ambitious projects.

As a Software Delivery Manager, you need:
- Experience as a Software Delivery Manager or a similar leadership role.
- You possess a strong technical background in software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum etc.).
- You have a proven ability to manage and motivate high-performing development teams.
- You are an excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, and can clearly articulate technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
- You are experienced in project planning, estimation, and risk management.
- You have a passion for the InsurTech space and a desire to make a real impact.
As a Software Delivery Manager, you will:
- Lead and managed the delivery of complex software projects on time and within budget.
- Foster a collaborative and high-performing development team environment.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand requirements and ensure project alignment.
- Develop and implement project plans, roadmaps, and delivery strategies.
- Oversee all aspects of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Manage project risks and dependencies.
- Continuously improve development processes and tools.
