A Software Dev Engineer III Job Virtually is currently available through Belcan. In this role you will act as first level support and development for all incoming production software application issues dealing with the Global Robotics University platform. Your support and development will directly impact our customers!
Primary Responsibilities:
- Troubleshooting/debugging and implementing fixes for internally developed code (Typescript, JavaScript, React, Node.js).
- Implementing quality of life enhancements and new features.
- Monitoring and metric solutions, and bug fixes.
- Working alongside development on Client Corporate and Divisional Software projects.
- Updating/enhancing current software and automation of support processes.
- Documentation of systems.
Job Qualifications:
The ideal candidate is interested in a career in software development and is looking to utilize and expand their coding skills while gaining exposure to a wide variety of software applications. They must be detail-oriented, have strong verbal and written communication skills, strong organizational skills, be able to work independently, and maintain professionalism under pressure. Additional benefits would be CDK experience, HTML, Python, UNIX/LINUX and Windows systems, familiarity with tablet/mobile development, familiarity with AWS tools, and Java/C/C++. A Computer Science or equivalent technical degree and 2-5 years of relevant experience is required.
