Job Title:Data Analyst / Developer
Salary:£45,000 - £52,000
Location: Aylesbury, Hybrid (2-3 days in office per week)

They are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Developer / Data Analyst to join their growing team and contribute to the success of their software and data-driven initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Analyse and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights that drive business decisions.
- Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies to optimise the efficiency and quality of data analysis.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data processing applications and solutions.
- Write well-documented, clean, and efficient code for data analysis and reporting.
- Design and manage databases, ensuring data accuracy, security, and availability.
- Optimise database queries and performance to enhance overall system efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis and software development.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as HTML, JavaScript, Python and similar.
- Experience with database management systems (e.g., SQL, MongoDB).
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, etc.).
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
