Software Development Team Leader Responsibilities…
You will be the driving force behind the development team
Throughout your role you will enforce quality standards, rules and processes within the team
You will ensure that the solutions created meets the needs of the business
Throughout your role as Development Team Lead you be required to ensure the whole development process is carried out within set time frames
A fundamental part of your role will be coaching and mentoring other developers within the team, sharing knowledge and implementing best practices

Software Development Team Leader Requirements
Ability to lead teams and deliver high quality solutions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Server side development experience
Database application programming
Ability to multitask whilst maintaining high standards of work with a strong attention to detail
Ability to work on Linux and GNU
Experience of Distributed systems
