WHO ARE WE?
We are a well-established technology and engineering company based in Manchester. We are looking for someone to join a highly skilled software delivery team specialising in doing fantastic work within National Security, Intelligence, and the general Public Sector.
WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?
As a Software Engineer, you will be working as part of an agile team to develop rapid solutions for our customers in the National Security sector
You will be working towards integrating new tools, frameworks, languages and technologies so we are looking for engineers with a broad range of interest in technologies
Design and deliver critical software solutions for valuable customers in the security-cleared area
WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?
In terms of years of experience, we are looking for Software Engineers from mid to lead level. SC Clearance would be advantageous, however, we are happy to sponsor the successful candidate through clearance. Something that we love to see is a self-starter attitude and desire to develop yourself. We would still love to hear from you if you don't have all of the below skills. Some of the technical attributes we are looking for include:
Good experience with a variety of programming languages such as Java/Python
Strong hands-on AWS experience
Used to working with agile methodologies using Scrum, Kanban and CI/CD
Front-End development (React/Vue)
Containerisation experience using Docker or Kubernetes
Infrastructure technologies such as Terraform/Ansible
Customer-facing attributes and gathering requirements experience
