Our client is looking to add two developers to their team, they would consider junior candidates with a couple of years’ experience or recent graduates who they can train up from scratch to join their team – experience would direct the salary bank accordingly.
Location Aberdeenshire
Salary £27,000 to £35,000
The Role
The successful candidates will join the software engineering team and have a good theoretical understanding of the development process. Training and support will be given to gain a full understanding of the company’s products and future road map with be provided during induction. You will be working within a team of experienced developers who are keen to help you learn and grow so your approach and attitude is much more important than having specific skills, assuming you have a base knowledge of the Microsoft development environment, ideally C# .Net.
As part of the team, you will be involved in:
- Full stack development
- Test Driven Development (TDD)
- Scrum Methodologies
- Performing requirements analysis on business problems
- Supporting and liaising with the business to troubleshoot and resolve software issues
- Data scripting
Ideal Tech Experience
- Object Oriented Programming (preferably C#)
- .NET platform
- Frontend Development
- Backend development
- Knowledge of SQL Server
Required Skills
- The ability to understand and learn technical solutions
- Problem-solving skills
- Previous programming experience
- The ability to work as part of a team and on an individual basis
