Software Engineering Manager Fully Remote
Our UK-based client is currently looking for an experienced Software Engineering Manager. You will be leading and managing a team of Software Engineers in the full product development lifecycle for one or more SaaS products.
Responsibilities:
You will provide p[professional development, mentoring, coaching, and guidance to your direct reports.
Work closely with Product Management and collaborate with Cloud Services, Support, and Professional Services on all aspects of our products and services.
Hire, develop, and maintain the capacity and skills of the software engineering teams
Assure development and maintenance of CI pipelines including automated unit tests, end-to-end tests and static analysis
Lead and manage the engineering teams to foster innovation, an engaging, collaborative attitude that rewards self-growth, and a focus on our business goals
Skills and experience:
Experience in software development experience.
Full stack development across all aspects of the product lifecycle
Using tools and languages such as Visual Studio, C#, .Net, JavaScript, and MSSQL
Experience architecting, building, testing, and supporting scalable cloud-based delivery of web-based applications, services, and microservices on Azure
Agile methods and practices, including Scrum
