Net Team Lead Opportunity - Leeds ( 3 days per week)

Our clients squads are composed of approximately five developers each, collaborating to innovate and push the boundaries of technology. As a Team Lead, you will champion one of these squads, providing direction.
Your mission is to lead your squad to excellence, ensuring the delivery of superior technical work that aligns with organisations standards and values. You will serve as a mentor, an advocate for stakeholder interests, and an expert in full-stack software development, steering your team to achieve great things.
You will play a crucial role, partnering with the IT Management Team to deeply understand the needs of their clients. Your goal is to aid in the creation and articulation of bespoke, high-caliber software solutions, automations, and integrations, while also elevating the practice of software development.

Role Responsibilities:
- Provide technical leadership on projects, including understanding business requirements and devising original, effective solutions.
- Communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences in a clear and accessible manner.
- Assume team leader and line management responsibilities for your designated squad.
- Lead projects by organising and facilitating planning sessions to generate technical specifications, estimations, and task breakdowns.
Skills Required:
We are looking for candidates who thrive in a dynamic, intellectually stimulating environment, and who are eager to collaborate with dedicated, industrious professionals.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate:
- A track record of leading and supporting software development teams.
- Familiarity with AI technologies, including AI and ML.
- Proficiency in cloud computing platforms, notably Microsoft Azure.
- Advanced proficiency in C# and .NET.
- A working knowledge of:
- JavaScript, TypeScript and associated client-side frameworks (e.g., Vue.js).
- Web development technologies, including Blazor, HTML, CSS, and JSON.
- T-SQL programming with Microsoft SQL Server and relational database design.
- UX design principles.
- Building and utilizing APIs
- DevOps practices, particularly Release and Deployment (CI/CD).
- Software Development Lifecycle management tools
- Experience with Agile methodologies
- Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and collaborative abilities.
