What will you do as a Software Implementation Consultant?

You'll be responsible for end-to-end implementation projects focused on the integration of customer ERPs (such as Oracle, SAP, and Sage) with a powerful, SaaS document automation platform.

From conducting customer assessments and scoping out requirements to configuring, installing, and testing the solution, you'll be the go-to person for delivering a seamless experience that exceeds client expectations. You'll also oversee training, production switch-over, documentation, and reporting to ensure the solution runs smoothly and effectively.

What do you need to take on this challenge?

* 3 years of experience performing the role of a Technical consultant

* Strong understanding of APIs, including how to implement and call them, as well as interpreting responses

* Preferably have a background in SaaS (Software as a Service)

* A good understanding of JavaScript Development and exposure to TypeScript would be desirable

* Exceptional problem-solving, project management, and communication skills

* Willingness to travel for customer engagements, which means you must hold a valid UK passport

* Willingness to spend up to a paid 2 weeks initial training in Lyon, France
