You will be part of a unique in-house R&D team of expert hardware and embedded software engineers who pioneer the development of leading-edge technologies. You will work on a range of products renowned for their performance reliability, even in the harshest marine environments.
As the Lead Embedded Software Engineer, you will manage a team of 10+ software developers, allocate and monitor tasks, represent Development in user story elaboration sessions with Product Management, and ensure the coding standards and software processes are adhered to and developed.
You will be fully utilising your 10+ years of development experience, that will include 5 years managing a team of embedded software engineers, and your experience in embedded C++, RTOS, and JIRA in this lead position.
There is an excellent benefits package on offer that includes a starting salary of £90,000 - £95,000, hybrid home working, 25 days holiday that increases year on year (+bank holidays), 5% matched pension, life assurance, private healthcare, and income protection.
