Software Support Engineer – API Platforms

The Offer:
- Attractive Salary up to £42,000 per year
- 12 months contract - within IR35 - PAYE - paid on a weekly basis
- Hybrid role (2-3 days onsite, free parking available)

Your Profile:
- Strong experience providing technical support for B2B software
- Familiarity with Java, SQL, JavaScript, and RESTful APIs
- Experience with CRM tools (ServiceNow, Salesforce) and defect tracking systems (JIRA)
- UNIX/Linux environment experience is a plus
What You’ll Do:
- Provide technical support to business customers using our platform
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex platform issues
- Develop deep expertise across our product suite
- Create and maintain knowledge articles to help resolve customer-reported problems
- Perform operational tasks like provisioning, configuring, and restoring cloud services
