Our General Insurance team are currently recruiting for a Solicitor with experience in Personal Injury and RTA to join the Fraud team in Scotland.The role can be based from either our Glasgow or Edinburgh office, and we offer a hybrid working arrangement on a part time basis. About the role As a solicitor, your responsibilities will include:Ensuring, in conjunction with the partner and associates, that cases are progressed as quickly and efficiently as possible.Working with our valued and long-standing clients to understand requirements and manage cases in line with service level agreements and best practice.Prioritising work effectively and maximising efficiency in working practicesBuilding stakeholder relationships both internally and externallyDeveloping your technical and commercial knowledge via training or working practices About you Suitable candidates will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:Post-qualification experience in Personal Injury and/or RTA with litigation experienceExperience of working within a busy commercial environment, handling a varied caseloadStrong technical and commercial expertise, including a thorough grasp of principles and case lawThe ability to develop new skills and to use your initiative, with the support of an experienced teamStrong communication skills and attention to detail What we offer At DWF, we deeply appreciate the significance of offering a comprehensive rewards package that extends beyond a basic salary.
