A highly successful Law Firm are looking to welcome an experienced Solicitor into their northern Greater London residential property team.
The Solicitor Role
The successful Solicitor will be joining a devoted Law Firm, who are currently expanding because of their success track record.
The Solicitor will be providing high-quality advice and solutions to experienced property developers, through to first time buyers. Working on matters ranging from re-mortgages to buying and selling of houses, shared ownership properties, off-plan to new builds, to transfers of equity with support from their strong client base, ensuring the best possible results are delivered.
The experienced Solicitor would need to be driven not only by success on the cases worked on, but by forever improving business development and used to high-calibre workloads.
The Solicitor
- Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales
- Ideally 4+ years PQE
- Experience in Residential Property
- Existing following/client base, but not essential
- Driven
- Proactive
