Contentious Probate Dispute Resolution Solicitor
Sandstone Legal Limited is seeking a solicitor or legal executive with 3 years’ experience of undertaking contentious probate work to join our expanding contentious estates department.

- Responsible to: Head of Department
- Hours: Fulltime
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years

About this role: Candidates should be capable of working with a degree of autonomy on the full range of contentious estates matters, including capacity disputes, will validity disputes, equitable estoppel, constructive trusts, administration disputes and 1975 Act cases.
The candidate must have the ability to build and run a caseload of contentious probate cases, including will validity disputes, 1975 Act claims and estate administration disputes.
The candidate will be required to work independently managing their own caseload within a supportive team and seek guidance from colleagues and the head of the department.
