The Role
The firm is seeking an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join their office in Bury.
You will have full support from the department’s experienced partners in order to assist you with developing your own network of contacts and clients. They department deal with a range of different clients and get many referrals through their reputation across Lancashire.
You will take on a diverse and broad caseload of Sales and purchases of freehold and leasehold properties, re-mortgages, transfers of equity and lease extensions.
Due to the expansion of the team and increased workloads, the role comes with prospects for career progression and development.
Requirements
- You will be a Licensed conveyancer with 3+ years PQE
- Able to manage a busy caseload
- Excellent communication skills
- You will be a team player with excellent attention to detail
Remuneration
- Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an excellent benefits package and a lucrative bonus structure
