We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Conveyancing Solicitor to join our client's prestigious law firm in the heart of London. Responsibilities:

  • Handle a diverse caseload of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and lease extensions.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients throughout the entire conveyancing process, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
  • Liaise with clients, estate agents, lenders, and other parties involved in property transactions to facilitate smooth and efficient transactions.
  • Conduct thorough due diligence on properties, including title searches, land registry checks, and property surveys.
  • Prepare and review legal documentation, including contracts, deeds, and lease agreements.
  • Manage multiple transactions simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and meeting tight deadlines.
  • Keep up-to-date with changes in property law and conveyancing practices.


Requirements:

  • Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 1 year of experience in conveyancing.
  • Strong knowledge of the conveyancing property market within Central London.
  • Excellent understanding of property law, regulations, and procedures.
  • Proven track record of handling a high volume of conveyancing cases independently.
  • Outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex legal matters to clients.
  • Exceptional organisational and time management abilities.
  • Ability to work in a pressured environment and deliver desired results.
  • Membership in the Law Society's Conveyancing Quality Scheme (CQS) is preferred.
