TSR Legal are currently partnering with a multi office top 100 law firm based in Cardiff who are looking to recruit a Solicitor to join the expanding Construction team.
Our clients Construction team operate across the breadth of all its offices and provide advise on the full life cycle of construction projects across the United Kingdom. The construction team currently advice of a range of projects including, retail, refurbishments, mixed use development and wind power projects sitting as part of the wider commercial property team.
To be considered for this role, our client is requiring a candidate with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience working with a construction team on either non-contentious or contentious construction matters, familiar with a range of contracts, the ability to lead and develop more junior members of the team.
