We are looking for a Solicitor to join my client, an award-winning Law firm, to set up their Family Law department in Swindon. In this role you will be managing a mixed and varied caseload including, but not limited to cohabitation, pre/post nuptial agreements, divorce, finances, and children matters. The successful candidate will be used to working with high volumes of work whilst being able to deliver excellent client service.
What you'll be doing
• Fee Income for all aspects of Family Law such as cohabitation, pre/post nuptial agreements, divorce, finances, and children matters.
• Identifying improvements and to plan innovatively for better service delivery.
• Building up caseload and maintaining volume of work.
• Delivery of fee income targets.
What you'll need to apply
• Extensive experience within Family Law.
• Must have full UK driving license and own transport.
