Job description:We are recruiting for an experienced Solicitor to join an innovative, not for profit Housing Association in the North East for a fixed period of 12 months. The role is available on a hybrid basis.
The successful candidate will be responsible for the provision of legal services to the association and will have previous experience in:

- Dealing with purchase of land and property for future development
- Providing general commercial contract advice
- Landlord and tenant matters
- Advising on data protection, governance, company secretarial issues
Salary: Competitive
Hours per Week: Full or Part time considered
