Working Hours: Monday - Friday (37.5 hours per week)

We are looking for a self-motivated and enthusiastic Newly Qualified Solicitor to join our Litigation team on a full time, permanent basis. What you'll be responsible for:
- Manage a caseload encompassing a range of matters and general dispute resolution including: private, commercial, property and boundary, professional negligence claims, and personal injury.
- Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients, ensuring their interests are represented effectively.
- Handle all aspects of file management, from initial client consultation to case resolution, ensuring accuracy and efficiency throughout.
- Conduct legal research and stay updated on relevant laws and regulations pertaining to private client services.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to provide comprehensive legal solutions to clients.
What we're looking for:
- A passionate and dedicated NQ Solicitor
- Ability to work independently with some supervision, demonstrating initiative and sound judgment in decision-making.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
