Role: Inheritance Protection / Private Client Solicitor

We are currently looking for an experienced Inheritance Protection / Private Client Solicitor to join our busy Inheritance Protection team. This role is office based in the Portsmouth area, with the option for a Hybrid working arrangement.
As an Inheritance Protection / Private Client Solicitor you will be responsible for effectively and efficiently managing your own diverse caseload. Inheritance tax and care home fee planning
They will have sound knowledge and expertise in the field, exceptional attention to detail and the ability to communicate in a friendly, professional and confidential manner. The role will suit those with a positive and flexible approach and an ability to remain calm under pressure in order to project the image and ethos of the firm at all times.
Must hold qualified solicitor status in England and Wales or be a qualified Legal Executive.
The successful candidate will also require a satisfactory DBS check.
