Job Description
This firm are a leading practice that act on behalf of insurers, businesses and other suppliers to the insurance sector. They are looking for a Newly Qualified to 2 years PQE Solicitor to join their Property Recoveries team.
You will act on behalf of insurance clients on subrogated recovery property damage claims with some motor recovery claims, predominantly pursuing claims with some defendant cases. You will run your own pre and post-litigated caseload and supporting senior team members with more complex matters.
