The Role
Solicitors will work as part of the legal team, working closely with the Managers Legal, Senior Solicitors, Trainees and Legal Analysts.
Solicitors play a proactive role in the delivery of project based matters working closely with Senior Solicitors, Trainees or Legal Analysts dealing with complex due diligence, for example preparation of certificates of title and/or lease reporting in connection with portfolio disposals, acquisitions or refinancing, or generally as otherwise directed by the Senior Solicitors or Manager Legal.
In addition Solicitors will manage their own fee earning caseload, receiving instructions from and liaising directly with clients on day to day asset management transactions.
Solicitors are key to our delivery of the highest standards of client service and may have to work into the evening from time to time (sometimes frequently for project management milestones or if deadlines approach). Commitment to the goals of the business and to our clients is expected.
This role will require the successful candidate to demonstrate their legal knowledge, skills and a “can do” approach and – if appropriate, in specific circumstances – a willingness to lend a hand to other practice areas in the office if time permits.
