Our client is a fabulous leading law firm and they are now seeking a Solicitor to provide a high-quality legal service to clients on all aspects of real estate dispute resolution. They offer their employees excellent benefits and career progression, along with a great work environment and culture.
As the Real Estate Dispute Resolution Solicitor, you will be responsible for:
- Handling a wide range of contentious property matters for clients including property companies, corporate occupiers, and private clients.
- Managing disputes arising out of residential and commercial leases, the buying and selling of land, and the development of land.
- Taking responsibility for your own cases and developing good working relationships with clients.
- Carefully analysing information and reaching sound decisions.
- Recognising commercial drivers and reacting accordingly.
The successful Real Estate Dispute Resolution Solicitor will have the following related skills / experience:
- Law degree (or conversion) and LPC.
- Successful Admittance to the Roll of Solicitors.
- 5-6 years PQE (indicative only). We would also be happy to consider more senior solicitors.
- Demonstrable property litigation experience.
