Oculus Legal Group, in close partnership with a prominent Commercial Law Firms practice in Scotland, is excited to to be assisting with the appointment of a Solicitor and Senior Solicitor into their Commercial Property team in central Scotland.
Given the dynamic nature of the team, these positions can be based in either of our clients Edinburgh or Glasgow office (potential scope for these roles to also be based in their Aberdeen office).

Role Responsibilities
As a Commercial Property Solicitor at, you will be part of a dynamic team handling a wide spectrum of commercial property matters, including:
- Managing commercial transactions such as acquisitions, disposals, and Scottish aspects of cross-border deals.
- Advising a diverse portfolio of corporate clients on real estate financial transactions and leasing.
- Taking direct responsibility for managing existing client relationships, supported by the Division's experienced Partners.
- Working closely with two highly regarded Partners in the Scottish Real Estate sector, you will lead client relationships from initiation to completion.
Person Specification
We are keen to speak with qualified Property Solicitors with demonstratable experience in commercial property law, either during a traineeship or post-qualification. The ideal candidate will possess:
- A keen interest in commercial property matters.
- Strong communication skills and meticulous attention to detail when handling complex and high-value transactions.
- Ideally, 1-4 years PQE; however, newly qualified solicitors with relevant commercial property experience are also encouraged to apply.
