Commercial property associate solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in commercial property matters or legal executive sought on a permanent basis for long established firm based Essex and London border. Our client based in Hertfordshire is looking for an associate solicitor with a minimum of 2 years PQE or legal executive to work in their commercial property and real estate department. This is an office-based role. Promotion and Collaboration Agreements Commercial Leases for Landlord and/or Tenant Qualified solicitor with a minimum of 2 years’ PQE in commercial property and real estate or legal executive Strong technical ability and commercial awareness Able to manage own caseload with minimal supervision A well-established, multi-office practice, our client provides a comprehensive range of services to businesses and individuals in the East of England.
