My client is looking for a Solicitor/Lawyer to be responsible for conduct of the legal cases allocated by the Principal or Senior Lawyers
Role Requirements:
* To develop and apply procedures relevant to the main area of responsibility for the post, or as directed by the Principal or Senior Lawyers.
* To adapt and apply legal precedents and to draft documents including documents that require original thought, appropriate to the level of the post.
Experience:
* An appropriately qualified Lawyer with the flexibility to attend court as required. The work will relate to housing matters including possessions, injunctions and disrepair cases.
