Are you an English-qualified lawyer with real estate litigation experience, looking for a new challenge?We are looking to recruit a Solicitor/Senior Solicitor (up to 3 PQE) for the English Real Estate Litigation team in our Edinburgh or Glasgow office. We would also consider applicants from England, who can work fully remote or are looking to relocate. The successful candidate will primarily work alongside Rebecca Jones and Stephen Farrell, our DR English Real Estate experts. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading team in a successful, growing firm. Successful candidates must have previous experience in English Real Estate Litigation and excellent client care skills. You will be involved in all areas of English Real Estates Disputes work including commercial landlord and tenant work, development disputes, easement and covenant disputes and boundary issues. You must be excellent time-management skills and be able to work independently as well as be a great team player.
