This is a strategically important position to lead Triumph’s Microsoft Dynamics architecture. An expert in Dynamics Sales and Power Platform, this role is responsible for architecting new business solutions across a range of 365 products.
The role is responsible for providing technical vision to ensure that the design of solutions and related services follow a coherent, considered path, whilst delivering maximum business benefit.
This role requires significant functional, business process and people skills, to evaluate business requirements over multiple functions and business areas, identify robust value add technical solutions and communicate designs to staff at all levels.
There will be significant interaction with the other functions within the IT department, along with staff at all levels across multiple business process streams. The outputs delivered will be highly visible to the business, so a strong personal commitment to both system integrity and delivering excellent customer service must be evident.
The role will work closely with the IT teams to ensure that IT deliver the requirements raised and approved by the business area.
