Location: Durrington (Worthing)

Contract Type: Permanent

Hours: 37 / week

Salary: £90,000

Job Overview

Working within our IT Strategy and Architecture Team, you will be joining the department at a time of large scale transformation with an opportunity to really make a change and have input into decision making.

As an asset intense organisation, which is critical to manage the pumping stations, networks and sewers and keeping our customers supplied with water, this is an essential role in keeping the technology responsible the best it can be.

This is a huge domain with over 40 projects currently in progress, so a really exciting time to join us and make a difference.

Responsibilities will include:

  • Working on technology including Maximo and Esri ArcGIS
  • Looking after all the solutions and projects in our Wholesale area; water, waste water and capital delivery
  • Delivering solutions; finding the best fit and advising on the best way to move forward

About You

  • Experienced Solution Architect working on large scale projects within large complex organisations
  • Experience working with IBM Maximo and Esri ArcGIS
  • Experience and knowledge of EAM (Enterprise Asset Management) systems such as SAP, Oracle, Infor, GIS, ESRI
  • Excited to get involved with new technologies
  • Likes a challenge and keen to learn and develop skills

Package

This role will be full time Monday to Friday 37 hours a week. Southern Water operate a hybrid approach to working between our Durrington office and home (2 days in the office).

We are offering a salary up to £90,000 depending on skills and experience as well as other benefits including:
