Job Description
- Develop and implement sourcing strategies.
- Maintain and manage supplier relationships and negotiations.
- Ensure cost-effective deals and contracts.
- Lead procurement and supply chain teams.
- Manage complex projects within the public sector.
- Ensure compliance with sustainability and community engagement policies.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Report directly to senior management.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Sourcing Manager should have:
- Proven experience in procurement and supply chain.
- Strong strategic thinking capabilities.
- Excellent negotiation skills and supplier relationship management.
- Knowledge of public sector procurement regulations.
- Experience in managing complex projects.
- An understanding of sustainability and community engagement policies.
