Their stunning London offices boast an on-site gym, restaurant, and a relaxing, family culture. This role could also be based from either Leeds or Edinburgh.

With all locations, you would be working in office circa 2 days a week with the rest spent from home.

Key responsibilities of the Sourcing Specialist role:

  • Demonstrate through all sourcing activities and commercial negotiations knowledge of markets and sophisticated commercial acumen
  • Utilise and promote procurement systems as required and deliver procurement projects in line with processes and standards

Skills and experience required:

  • Understanding of how end-to-end procurement processes work, including scoping business requirements and creating project plans
  • Experience in running simple procurement processes – including liaising with stakeholders and issuing tenders
  • Knowledge and experience of using procurement systems
  • Interpersonal skills to communicate information succinctly in an organised and appropriate manner at all levels
  • Dealing with a broad range of internal functions such as legal, finance, risk and IT
  • Ability to apply knowledge of competitor and industry information that drives innovation and commercial value, including the delivery of tender process and negotiating contracts
  • Knowledge of non-IT categories, including Market Research, Marketing and Professional Services would be beneficial
  • Ability to discuss business scope of requirements and specification design and seek support where believed to be a more valued option
  • Experience operating in an ICT Services, Professional Services or Financial Services environment (desirable)

Benefits of the Sourcing Specialist role include:

  • £40-46,000 salary
  • 8-12% non-contributory pension
