Role Overview: As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll play a crucial role in sourcing and attracting top-tier candidates for our organisation. You’ll collaborate closely with hiring managers, conduct intake calls, and screen candidates to ensure a seamless recruitment process. Your focus will be on roles with base salaries ranging from £80,000 to £150,000, often involving senior management positions.
Responsibilities:
- Sourcing and Screening: Leverage your track record in sourcing to identify and engage with potential candidates. You’ll conduct intake calls with hiring managers to understand their requirements and screen candidates effectively.
- Global Talent Acquisition Support: Our team operates across the US, UK, and EMEA regions. You’ll collaborate with colleagues globally to ensure a consistent and efficient recruitment process.
- CRM Tool Expertise: Having experience with CRM tools is essential. We’re currently implementing Beamery, which will go live in mid-July. Your familiarity with CRM systems will be a huge asset.
- Insurance Industry Knowledge: While not mandatory, understanding the insurance sector would be highly beneficial. It will help you tailor your approach when engaging with candidates for insurance-related roles.
- Bonus Points: If you’ve been part of a CRM tool implementation (especially Beamery), that’s a significant advantage. Share your success stories during the interview!
Qualifications:
- Proven track record in sourcing and screening candidates for high-value roles.
- Familiarity with CRM tools (such as Beamery) and their impact on recruitment.
- Understanding of the insurance industry (preferred but not mandatory).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to liaise with senior managers.
