Job Description
We are recruiting for a sous chef to join a busy South African restaurant in London.
Offering is focused on the grill, small plates and sharing plates with sustainable and seasonal produce.
The following information provides an overview of the skills, qualities, and qualifications needed for this role.
Sponsorship will be considered for the right candidate, but you will need to be in the UK for an interview and trial.
You will work 48 hours a week over 5 days. There may be an option to work Monday to Friday
- Experience as a Junior Sous /Sous Chef in a high end grill restaurant or fresh food casual dining restaurant
- At least 2 - 3 years longevity in each previous role is essential
- Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail
