About the role
You will support the Head Chef and be responsible for the kitchen's day-to-day running, leading, and developing the kitchen teams to ensure there is always a consistently high delivery of food being served.
Our team deliver a consistently high standard of quality food, using knowledge of food and hospitality trends to drive sales whilst contributing to a fantastic customer experience. Our team is passionate about creating exciting and innovative new products to showcase to our customers.

About the candidate
Previous experience working in a high-volume restaurant, preparing food from scratch and working with fresh ingredients is essential. You need to passionate about food with an aptitude for learning. You will be aware of new food trends and will strive to meet a meticulous standard where every detail is carefully attended to.
You must also be a clear and concise communicator to be able to build a rapport with junior members of the team and front of house colleagues. Being able to teach and support our teams is paramount to a successful restaurant & kitchen team.
