This Great Hotel on the Coastline with a Fantatsic Restaurant is looking for a Sous Chef to join and help lead this kitchen brigade whilst creating fresh dishes to high standards for guests. They offer a variety of fresh food choices for their guests and customers using locally sourced ingredients and produce as the Head Chef and his team have a great relationship with local farmers and fishermen to ensure the menus are created and designed to incorporate Suffolks finest for a range of contemporary dishes. The person to suit must be experienced in fresh produce Should also possess NVQ level 1 and 2 or equivalent, and hygiene certificate.
