If you believe you are the right person for this role then we want to hear from you!What you will be doing:Delivering exceptional treatment experiences and 5-star standards of service and care in line with Fairmont brand standards, training and protocols.Provide thoughtful treatment and product recommendations at the end of every treatmentTake initiative to add a personalized experience and treatment upgradesProudly promote the hotel facilities, looking for opportunities to enhance a guest’s stay through up-sellingOther duties as assignedQualificationsYour experience and skills include:Service focused personality is essential; experience is an assetCollege qualified in professionally recognised beauty discipline.
