This spectacular venue is an amazing addition the Harrogate and we’re now looking to grow out team.We’re looking for a dedicated, flexible, reliable and qualified Spa Therapist who has a passion for delivering outstanding service.The moment a guest steps into one of our venues, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. You’ll provide spa services to internal and external guests in line with company and brand requirements. You’ll be an ambassador for the venue, helping to achieve budgetary requirements, but more importantly, ensuring the reputation of the venue is fantastic – encouraging repeat bookings and referrals to drive business.This is great opportunity to join a growing team and be trained to a high standard.About you... Qualified to a minimum of NVQ Level 3Strong communication skills through a variety of means, of smart professional appearance, and have a passion for customer careExcellent interpersonal and customer relation skills to ensure a seamless and memorable experience, proactively resolving any challenges that may ariseFlexible and adaptable, with the ability to stay calm under pressure, adapting your approach to complete routine and non-routine tasksHigh attention to detail and accuracy – great at managing one’s own timeA passion for the health and beauty industry#INDHP
