Brand Support Manager
London / hybrid (part time role; 22.5 hours a week)
Up to £22k
Spirit Cartel is a rogue drinks distributor committed to placing some of the world’s best spirits within bars, clubs, restaurants, wholesales, hotels and speakeasies.
One of the role's main responsibilities is to ensure that key brands within Spirit Cartel are provided with depletion and allocation information and support related to stock levels. You will also support on the day to day delivery of brand requirements and provide authorisation for stock to be released to customers.
The role will also provide support to other team members, ensuring the company effectively manages customer and brand information including, but not limited to, customer contracts/pricing and website information.
Candidate Specification –
· A broad understanding of the UK spirits market and current trends in the off trade would be an advantage.
· Data analysis and reporting skillset to include good understanding of Microsoft Excel.
· Attention to detail; good record keeping is essential.
· Ability to understand discounts and margins and to check pricing is acceptable and within approved levels.
· A good communicator.
· Ability to provide day to day stock level information to relevant stakeholders.
· Provide ad-hoc information to the brands within agreed SLAs.
· Experience of working with brand owners would be useful.
· A team player with the confidence to offer solutions at all times.
· Capable of managing own responsibilities and able to prioritise accordingly.
Working Pattern -
22.5 hours per week, Mon-Weds (7.5 hours per day).
Hybrid role with 1 day a week in our head office near Clerkenwell.
