We are seeking an exceptional individual who will lead, support and develop a team of Service Managers (sports development, community access to schools, catering, fitness) to achieve business objectives and financial targets whilst ensuring customer experiences are safe, welcoming, exceed expectations and are consistent across our estate. The Role You will represent the organisation in developing and cultivating strategic partnerships with external partners who are aligned with our vision, to deliver meaningful and much-valued services within our sports, fitness and schools programmes. The Successful Candidate To be successful in the role, you will demonstrate through experience, your knowledge of the industry best practice and legislative requirements (including Health & Safety). You will have the ability to demonstrate leadership and people management skills with the passion to foster a positive environment through empowering, enabling and motivating others.
