Join DN Colleges Group and help us grow rugby across all levels!About the Role:We’re looking for an enthusiastic and experienced Rugby/Sports Coach to develop rugby within DN Colleges Group. You’ll be responsible for creating an inclusive environment where students of all abilities can participate, thrive, and improve. From planning engaging coaching sessions to leading the college team in competitions, your role will be essential in growing the sport at our institution.Key Responsibilities:Coaching & Development: Deliver high-quality training sessions and provide feedback to help players improve their skills and performance.Lead Competitions: Manage the college rugby team at home and away fixtures, including league games and tournaments.Team Strategy: Develop game plans and strategies, ensuring the team is prepared to perform at its best.Collaboration: Work closely with the Sport, Health & Physical Activity Coordinator and other staff to promote rugby across the college.Who We're Looking For:A passionate coach with experience in rugby, strong leadership skills, and a commitment to helping students grow both on and off the pitch.Why Join Us?This is your chance to shape rugby at DN Colleges Group and make a lasting impact on our students’ lives.This role is permanent and the successful candidate will be required to work Wednesday Afternoon's to help support the AoC competitions.As part of the recruitment process and in line with keeping children safe in education, we will conduct social media checks on shortlisted candidates.
