Our client is leading business of biometric software across a range of industries - a business working with complex technology across iris and ID recognition which has been an established software engineering house over the last 10+ years with a range of products to enable businesses to manage and account for their workforce!

The What?
We are looking for an experienced SQL DBA / Developer who will be able to take ownership of the data estate alongside the senior DBA / Operations Manager as well as provide a level of thought leadership (coming hopefully from an interest in all things data!) about new technology to use to enhance the environment.
- Commercial experience working with SQL Server administration & support
- Experienced working within SQL Server development.
- Data warehousing experience
- Excellent T-SQL skills including including query optimisation, query plan analysis, etc.
- Any experience within cloud environments... particularly with AWS would be beneficial!
