Our Government client is seeking a Sr. eCRM Project Manager (5 years) to support a eCRM implementation project9 months. % Remote. Responsibilities Following the Agile Iterative Methodology and leveraging the templates provided by the eCRM ProgramDefining project objectives and selecting the most appropriate path or plan in order to satisfy project objectivesDeveloping project requirements, scope, and deliverables and ensuring the appropriate approvals are in place before proceeding with the projectDefining, estimating, and planning project tasks, resources, timelines, and milestonesDeveloping and implementing a project management and implementation strategyDeveloping, maintaining, executing, and monitoring project plansDeveloping and monitoring budgets, allocations, and/or expendituresIdentifying, documenting, reporting, and mitigating project risks and issuesPerforming change management practices to achieve project deliverablesManaging the project communication and reporting process via status reports, meetings, and other methods, as required for monitoring and accountability purposesEnsuring the completion and quality of project documentation and deliverables, and obtain the necessary sign-offsEnsuring an operational plan is established and approved, and transition the project to the appropriate Operational team Must Have eCRM2 Years experience with CRM (Commercial to the Shelf) products experience as a Project ManagerNice to Have Oracle Fusion CloudCertification in Project ManagementExperience in Change ManagementExperience working with government organizationsExperience working in an Agile environmentExperience with MS Azure DevOps.
