The Role

The Sr Human Resources Business Partner will provide human resources generalist support to the EURA region. This is an individual contributor role reporting to a Director of Human Resources.



Your Impact

  • Act as a key advisor to line management on organizational and human resources matters.
  • Ensure effective communication of human resource practices, processes, and programs to management and employees.
  • Ensure policies, practices and programs are administered in a fair and consistent manner.
  • Partner with the Talent Acquisition team and line managers to recruit key talent.
  • Advise on HR legal and employee relations matters to ensure consistency, legal compliance, and risk mitigation.
  • Coach managers to improve performance.
  • Partner with the Talent Management team on training strategies and issues.
  • Management of HR projects.

  • Strong Microsoft Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Access and Outlook.
  • Strong experience working with various HR and business systems.
  • Bachelor’s degree, or equivalent required, CIPD Level 5 or above/Masters or equivalent.
  • Travel: Approximately 10 - 15%.
