Sr PM to support the Delivery of SD-WAN solution to ~ customer sites over a 10 - 12 month period for our large telecom client -Must-Have Skills PMP or equivalent practical Project Management work experience (7+ years) leading major, complex engagements managing cross functional programs and stakeholder groupsStrong telecom/IT industry knowledge including familiarity with delivery of managed solutions ("X"aaS products & services)Strong client relationship managementSD-WAN experienceNice-to-Have Skills :People Leadership Skills: Ability to leverage the leader/coach model to drive a high-performance team cultureCompelling Communication Skills: Clear, concise and influential in all aspects of communication to various audiencesLove of a Fast-Paced Environment: Comfortable leading in a continuously changing, dynamic environmentDescription:Ability to interpret corporate strategies and translate them into practical project plans.Proven ability to manage large complex, cross functional, cross regional enterprise projects.Accountable for the planning and successful delivery of complex cross-functional projects with significant risk and business impact.Takes projects from original concept through to final implementation, championing the development of strong project plans while leading cross-functional multi-disciplined resources through the execution of the plans to deliver projects that meet or exceed customer expectations (on time, on budget and quality of scope).Applies advanced project management techniques and skills combined with significant experience in a large complex business environment in the implementation of the solution.Interfaces with project stakeholders and executive sponsors, applying exceptional leadership skills to remove obstacles and resolve conflicts.Mentoring of less experienced Project Managers.Role History : net newProject Details / Team Environment / Additional Comments:Delivery of SD-WAN solution to ~ customer sites over a 10 - 12 month period. Contract PM will responsible for overall project management of this initiative and lead the day to day delivery activities on the projectThere is a Program Manager assigned to this account - the contractor PM will have direct support from this individual.
