Reporting to the Senior Director Global ABM & Customer Lifecycle Marketing , this role will own and build the strategy, plan, create, measure, and execute the Global strategic customer marketing program . This role is aligned to five global accounts and their account-based sales teams to support the attainment of annual strategic account growth objectives. The strategy and plans are created in partnership with the sales account lead and the extended team needed for the account. The marketing programs created are highly bespoke, influencing two-way interactions with core buying center persona, and will influence broader stakeholders across the customer business, with the intent to inform and guide their buying decisions and broader/deeper relationship(s) with the organization.


This role partners with sales leadership, BU leadership and corporate marketing functions (e.g., corporate communications, corporate content operations & web) to create consistent, bespoke marketing plans that deliver maximum impact. This role will work with the Head of Global ABM strategy & Centre of Excellence to ensure consistent tracking and measurement of activities.


This role will be an instrumental player in the Global ABM Centre of Excellence .


Primary Accountabilities




  • Develop a personalized integrated marketing strategy appropriate for the selected top priority 1.1 strategic customer accounts, ensuring alignment to overall business and financial objectives






  • Build and be an instrumental player of the G lobal ABM Centre of Excellence for customer marketing




  • Manage the 1.1 marketing budget and funds allocation as part of the strategy to develop and publish an overall 1.1 ABM customer marketing plan for the selected accounts.




  • Participate as a stakeholder in the audit and assessment of the ABM customer marketing infrastructure in close cooperation with global ABM customer marketing lead, sales operations, and corporate marketing




    • By identifying our fully needed tech stack




    • Develop technology roadmap




    • ABM data and insight






  • Determine metrics for 1.1 ABM program performance, develop ABM dashboards and communicate ABM results.




  • Measure success, and report meaningful metrics reflecting true ROI and facilitate future marketing investment decisions




  • Establish and strengthen strong relationships with 1.1 sales account leaders, BU leadership, sales operations, and corporate marketing functions.






  • Support sales leadership in selecting the most appropriate 1.1 candidate accounts for the ABM program




  • Promote marketing plans internally , updating them through local account executive collaboration




  • Provide ongoing data and insights on strategic accounts and local contacts within these accounts




Qualifications (knowledge, skills, abilities)




  • Understanding and ability to fulfill all marketing functions including marketing communications, marketing programs and research and analysis.




  • Demonstrable marketing experience or equivalent in the respective Area.




  • An understanding of IT industry trends, issues and concepts.




  • Effective verbal and written communications skills.




  • Excellent presentation skills.




  • Ability to effectively work with a variety of organizations, management levels, cultures, and personalities.




  • Oral and written fluency in English.
