Private nursing home in the Bloxwich area is currently looking to recruit a Registered Nurse (RMN) to join their team as a night nurse.
The large private nursing home offers round the clock care and support to both the elderly and working age adults with dementia and physical disability needs.

As Registered Nurse, you will coordinate, manage and implement care plans for a caseload of residents in addition to leading a small team of HCAs in the delivery of personal care.
What the home is looking for in a Nurse:
* NMC Registered General Nurse (RGN)
* Ideally have some experience in a UK nursing home or long-term care setting, or demonstrate a keen interest in working in the care home sector
* Be able to lead, supervise and train the care team
* Have good organisational and communication skills
* Be able to build meaningful relationships with residents, their families, and any other parties
* Be able to carry out general nursing duties
