Elite private hospital in Aylesbury requires RGNs
As a Staff Nurse at this hospital, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that the personal needs of the patients are met in a way that respects their dignity and promotes independence.
You will co-ordinate the personal and nursing care of our Patients in line with the core values of the Hospital and to ensure that such care is delivered in line with the Patients individual care plans which reflect their current needs and rehabilitation goals.
You will attend MDT and goal planning meetings and contribute to multi-disciplinary working across the Hospital, working collaboratively with colleagues, nursing staff and other departments in the pursuit of providing an outstanding service and experience for patients.
Varying contract hours available.
Looking fornurses with a passion for caring, who can empathise and treat people with the dignity and respect they deserve. Experience in spinal cord injury is not essential as full training will be provided, the key thing is attitude, the desire to learn and be part of an excellent team.
