If you want to be a part of an exceptional team, and you are a caring individual with the ability to communicate/work effectively within a team, please submit an application.Day to day you will be working as part of the clinical teams delivering care to cardiothoracic transplant patients in conjunction with members of the multidisciplinary team.Cardiothoracic experience is not required as there will be opportunity to gain skills and knowledge under the guidance of our Practice Education teams, ward mentors, and nursing development team.Hours of work are weekdays/nights/weekends – the hours are negotiable in line with the ward requirements.
